We began specialising in high-end bespoke travel in 2013 and have served more than 60,000 guests. Our clients are Chinese-speaking travellers across mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe and North America, including well-known entrepreneurs and celebrities.
For 13 years we have refined both the ideas behind our journeys and how they are delivered, and we sweat every detail of the experience.
We work closely with almost every luxury hotel brand in the world. Beyond fully tailored itineraries with hotels, we offer instant booking at luxury hotels worldwide.
Our team travels the globe and is invited each year to the leading luxury travel shows, including PURE (Marrakech), WAA (Africa) and ILTM (Singapore and Cannes), so we hear about the luxury travel world first-hand.
2017 · Samoa. The forum took place in Samoa on 8 September 2017. Dear Voyage’s CEO attended as an invited guest and met Samoa Tourism’s CEO, among others.
Our site visits span the globe, Antarctica included. In 2025 we stayed at these hotels, rode these trains and explored these destinations.
In 2021 we became a member of Virtuoso, the world’s largest luxury travel network, the first in Shenzhen.
2016 · Tourism Fiji. On 12 August 2016, Tourism Fiji, Fiji Airways and partners held an awards dinner in Shanghai, where Dear Voyage received the award. It was reported at the time as the first presentation of this award since Fiji entered the Chinese market, with Dear Voyage the first and only recipient.
2016 · Seychelles Tourism Board. At the Seychelles Tourism Board’s annual appreciation dinner in Beijing on 18 November 2016, Dear Voyage received the 2016 Best Boutique Agent in China award and a special five-year partnership award.
On screen. Dear Voyage was the only designated travel service provider for the drama’s run on Hunan TV’s Golden Eagle slot. The drama’s travel designer character gave viewers a look at the daily work of a travel designer.

2016 · Constance Hotels & Resorts. At the Constance Hotels & Resorts awards dinner in Hong Kong on 16 June 2016, Dear Voyage was named Top Producer of the Year 2016.
